  horrible service for passport application. No clear sign or instruction about the line or signup sheet. website and the sign on the door says the service starts from 10am but it is totally not true. arrived 40min early and wait there for 40min like an idiot until somebody told me there is signup sheet, which was open starting some time ago. chatted with several persons in line and many of them need to come twice to have it done: nobody knew what's going on at the first time. the lady has no patience and ask for additional copies different from the instructions. so sorry to see the public service is so poor.

  Prepare for long wait, mail holds to not be processed correctly (some stuff delivered, some stuff held), and no one having a clue of what's going on and being put off without followup.

  Google will surely censor any obscenities I try to write about my experiences, so I'll try and stay polite. Passport services are the worst. Not only is extremely unclear what documents you need, you have virtually no way of finding out if you don't meet there specs. I spent four and a half hour waiting in line to find out I didn't have the correct forms of ID. Worse than the DMV or even jury duty

  I have spent 2 days skipping my lunch trying to get passport processed. American naval veteran and on time tax payer; my money is not well spent

  Only two agents at the counter so lines can get rather long. Otherwise, friendly service.
